Lake Garda is simply a unique area to be out and about with the SUP. For water sports beginners it is perfect to go on the water in the time between north and south wind, because the lake is nice and flat there. Depending on the strength of the north wind, the perfect time is between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. with the SUP board on the lake. It is simply breathtaking to paddle along the steep mountain range at Capo Reamol over the lake. Stand UP paddling on the lake is extremely idyllic and cannot be compared to a trip on a ferry.
CHALLENGE YOU IN THE WIND AND WAVE
If you want to challenge yourself a little more, you can even go on the water with the SUP in wind and small sea waves. Body tension is required here and with a beer or wine in the evening you know that you did something sporty that day. It is also popular to SUP to the south at noon and ride back to the station with the wind and waves behind you. Whether for a walk, a workout or a mixture of it, on Lake Garda you will have a lot of fun in the water with the SUP and enjoy a wonderful view!

SUP courses for beginners and advanced*
Our beginners' course on Lake Garda usually starts between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m.. We will show you in a short introduction how you can move safely on the board after just a few minutes and have the greatest possible fun paddling. You can then explore the lake on your own. Duration approx. 2 hours. Our tours and courses include the rental of all equipment (SUP board, paddle, life jacket and wetsuit).
With our advanced courses you can improve your performance (speed paddling, fast board turns, etc.).
For a punctual start you should be at our school 30 minutes before the start of the course (registration). If you are not a hotel guest, please register briefly at the hotel reception before you go down to school.
We offer children up to and including 15 years of age a 30% discount on the rental of SUP equipment (excluding accessories).
Families with children up to 3 years of age can take turns sharing equipment at no extra charge. If you would like to share SUP equipment with your partner, we offer you a partner tariff for plus 25% on the regular price.
Of course, you can also drive with your own equipment at our station. For this we offer you the opportunity to store your SUP board / paddle with us. The cost is 9 euros per person per day.
