Terms of Participation & Liability Waiver – Planet Allsports

1. Liability Waiver

Participation in courses, training sessions, and other activities, as well as the use of sports equipment provided by Planet Allsports, is at the participant’s own risk.

The participant agrees to release Planet Allsports, including its legal representatives, employees, and agents, from any liability for personal injury, property damage, or financial loss, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

The participant confirms that they have been informed about the specific risks associated with the respective sport and fully understand them. A safety briefing, including instructions on safety systems (e.g., quick release) and emergency procedures, has been provided.

2. Requirements for Participation

By registering and/or signing, the participant confirms that they:

  • have valid health insurance and liability insurance coverage
  • are physically able to stay afloat independently for at least 30 minutes 
  • are in appropriate physical and mental condition to participate in the activity
  • will follow all instructions given by instructors and staff at all times
    (failure to comply may result in exclusion without refund)
  • will treat all provided equipment with care and report any damage immediately
  • will compensate for any damage caused by negligence or intentional misconduct

3. Execution of Activities & Compensation Policy

All activities are subject to weather, wind, environmental conditions, and other factors beyond the control of Planet Allsports.

For safety reasons, activities may be changed, postponed, or terminated at short notice. In such cases, there is no entitlement to a monetary refund.

However, Planet Allsports offers the following alternatives:

Alternatively, unused sessions may be exchanged for other comparable activities upon agreement

For sessions that cannot be conducted due to unsuitable conditions, the participant will receive a voucher

Vouchers are generally valid for 3 years and can be redeemed at selected Planet Allsports locations or for equivalent services

If availability allows, missed sessions may be rescheduled directly after the original course period
