Would you like to get into the next level of windsurfing?
With our advanced windsurfing course you can quickly achieve your goal of becoming an intermediate windsurfer. In this windsurfing advanced course, you will learn to windsurf even in stronger winds and improve your overall previous skills from your beginner’s courses. The first harness operations and standing in the foot straps are the main focus of this course. The turning maneuvers, jibe, and tack are also taught step by step, and at the end, you should even be able to do your first gliding rides on a smaller board without a daggerboard.
Information and process
Meeting point: 30 minutes before the course starts. The course starts at 2 p.m.
Building on your skills, this course will specifically prepare you for your first gliding trips. First, you will practice using the harness and the foot straps, and later you will be trained in turning maneuvers. Depending on your progress, you can even switch to a smaller board without a dagger during the course.
You don’t need your own equipment for the windsurfing course. Just bring your swimsuit and sunscreen. We will provide you with the following equipment during the course:
- Windsurf board
- Windsurf sails
- Wetsuit
- Life jacket
- Shoes as desired
- Hat and gloves available upon request
The course lasts a maximum of 3 hours per unit with a maximum of 5 students. If there are fewer than 3 students, the duration is reduced depending on the participants.
If you are not at the Hotel Capo Reamol, we offer to pick you up with our boat before the course. We have 3 pick-up stations:
Malcesine: Pick up at the Hotel San Remo jetty, no direct parking nearby, pick up times are 7:15 and 12:40

We recommend that you book a 3 or 4-day course straight away, which is the average time you need to enjoy your first gliding ride. If you need additional course days, you can book them on a daily basis at a reduced price.

- Can I extend the course?
At the end, you are welcome to extend the course on a daily basis, provided there are still free places.
- What do I do if there is no wind?
If there is no wind, we attempt to reschedule the course, so we recommend starting the course on the first day of your vacation to allow for necessary flexibility. In the event of unexpected calm conditions, depending on the number of days affected, we will issue a voucher as a gesture of goodwill. This voucher will be valid for one year and can be redeemed at all destinations.
- What do I do if I'm sick?
If you become ill during the course and are unable to attend the course, we will also try to postpone the course or as a gesture of goodwill, issue a partial voucher that is valid for all destinations.
