Course program and information

  • Meeting point: 9:00 a.m. – Our courses start at 9.30 a.m. for beginners and/or advanced riders.

In this course, we will help you learn how to ride footstraps, harness, beach start, water start, fast turn, power jibe, etc.

  • You do not need your own equipment for the intermediate/advanced windsurfing course.

One of the aims of this course is to switch from a beginner board with a daggerboard to a smaller board (145l) without a daggerboard and then to practise your first footstraps and harness riding.

We will provide you with the following equipment during the course:

    • Windsurf Board
    • Windsurf sail
    • Wetsuit
    • Life jacket/ life vest
    • Shoes as required

The course units for both course variants last a maximum of 3 hours per unit with a maximum of 4 students. If there are fewer course participants, the duration is reduced according to the number of participants.

  • There are no special requirements for the intermediate and advanced course. It is an advantage if you can already run at altitude.

  • We recommend that you book at least 3 days for the advanced courses, as this usually gives you the best results and takes you a good step closer to “gliding”, the addictive feeling of windsurfing!

  • Can I extend the course?

If you have booked a course in advance at our advance booking conditions, you are welcome to extend the course by the day at the end, provided there are still places available.

  • What do I do when I am ill?

If you fall ill during the course and are unable to attend, we will also try to postpone the course or alternatively issue a partial voucher that is valid for all destinations.
